Wonderful location - had a fantastic caravan with excellent sea views. Site was clean and well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a brilliant holiday experience.

 spent 4 nights at this holiday park and i must say that the caravan was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, i wouldn't hesitate to book another holiday here, thank you quay west for a lovely break!

I recently collected my order from Papa johns and was served by an extremely polite member of staff, Ollie was very cheerful and very happy to help me, I needed to add to my order and that was done swiftly and efficiently. I will diffinately be going there again.


Arrived at 12, after a long drive and went to reception to see, if by any chance,our caravan was ready, as we were tired. Spoke to Charlotte and Caroline in reception who were absolutely lovely ladies. We had booked through the Sun, so was expecting a standard caravan. However, the ladies worked their magic and got us an upgrade to platinum, with decking and a sea view!!! Totally made my birthday weekend. Caravan was amazing and has spoilt us for future holidays! New Quay is about a 20 min walk, but beware of the tides. There is direct beach access from the park, down a path, with woods to the sides. Did not go in the pool, so cannot comment. Enjoyed the entertainment that we saw and my youngest son even laughed! We went on a dolphin spotting boat tour, I would advise to book, as these fill up quickly. We ate at Rossini's in New Quay. Great food, but small so booking is essential. Would definitely return and I recommend it.
